Young Energy Europe kick-off in Prague and Sofia

Companies in Czechia and Bulgaria showed great interest in Young Energy Europe kick-off events.

On February 27, the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce Abroad (CCI) organized an informational event for companies from various sectors. Representatives of the Ministry for the Environment as well as the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic held presentations. Stefan vom Schemm from the South-Westphalian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SIHK Hagen) and Janine Hansen (DIHK Service GmbH) introduced the concept of Young Energy Europe and the achievements of Energy Scouts in Germany. The event was rounded off by a practical presentation of measuring instruments, which were acquired by the CCI for the purpose of the project. When asked whether they would participate, a number of companies from Prague and Moravia responded positively.
