National Kick-Offs successfully completed – the starting signal for four new countries

With national Kick-Offs the project Young Energy Europe (YEE) started in four new countries, namely Croatia, Poland, Serbia and Slovakia for the first time.

Up to 230 participants from interested companies, ministries and associations were given an insight into the project at the four online events organised by the Chambers of Foreign Trade (AHKs) on 16 June, 23 June, 2 July and 12 July. The project leaders provided information about the possibilities of energy saving and resource efficiency, as well as the qualification programme of the Energy Scouts and the implementation of the practical projects.

With the first registrations directly after the Kick-Offs, the project enjoyed positive reactions. Companies from a wide range of sectors expressed their need for energy efficiency measures and their interest in contributing to climate protection. The Kick-Offs mark an important milestone: from now on, companies can receive information and register via the websites of the AHKs.
