On September 4, the first training with 26 young professionals working in ten different companies took place at the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The first item on the agenda was an introduction to the basics of energy technologies and the presentation of the measurement kit, followed by the topics project management and communication. Afterwards, the future Energy Scouts presented their first project ideas and discusses them with the group.
Equipped with new knowledge about the practical use of the measuring instruments, the participants now return to their workplaces. The second training will take place on October 9. During the next session, the participants will develop their projects ideas further and draw up a stakeholder analysis for their companies.
